We look at an up close review of the EgoFit Comfort Deck M2 and compare it to their popular EgoFit Walker Pro. I’ve walked thousands of miles on the EgoFit Walker Pro and we’ll compare it to the updated Comfort Deck M2. I have about 100 miles on the comfort deck M2 at the time of this review.
The Comfort Deck M2 has many upgrades. The first one being the display and the details are all visible at any given time during walking. The speed increments and being able to switch between Imperial and Metric are a huge upgrade. I found that the step counter is very accurate.

The next biggest upgrade is the Comfort Deck, which is a honeycomb-shaped rubberized surface that cushions and softens your landing. It is definitely noticeable as you stride across the deck. You’ll feel the cushioning under your feet.

You can see how much the comfort deck malforms to cushion the step in the photo below. This has to be one of the best upgrades of the EgoFit walking treadmill. You also get a slight incline, which I enjoy using under a standing desk. Trying to get work done while walking on a treadmill at higher speeds can be difficult. Walking at a slower speed with an incline can produce the same exertion while still being able to type or use a computer.

Comparing it to the previous version, the upgraded display and the comfort deck are worth the cost of the upgrade.

It’s also worth pointing out the shorter deck length on EgoFit walking treadmills. They take up less room and are more manageable to move around under a desk. I’ve never felt like the deck was so short that I was falling off of it. It’s the perfect length for my stride.

Overall, the Ego Fit walking pads are priced slightly higher than some of the cheaper treadmill walking pads on Amazon. The quality is noticeable For the added cost. The treadmill fills more heavy duty, offers more belt protection.
