Nike Lights up the pipe, half pipe that is with the 2014 LunarEndor Quickstrike. Nike snowboarding unleashed the Limited Edition LunarENDOR Quickstrike Snowboarding Boots just in time for the 2014 Winter Olympic Qualifiers. That means collectors – watch out for their release, once these bad boys light up the half pipe, their re-sell price just went up by 3 gold medals.
Tricked out with 30 blinding LED lights powered with a rechargeable lithium battery – the LunarEndor’s QuickStrike has accomplished the impossible – making that nostalgic Nike swoosh even brighter than the fluorescent neon colors of the 80’s.
The LED’s aren’t just a branding statement. Come the 2014 Olympic Qualifiers, the LunarENDORs are going to light up the show. The powerful lights project a distance and radiate off the snow. Come the night sky, those LunarENDOR QuickStrike’s will make sure you see every trick and flip in better light – literally. So next time you see one of our USA Olympic riders cascade down the half-pipe throwing around tricks, it will look more like throwing a firecracker down a tunnel.

Don’t Get Caught Up in the Bright Lights
This not just glitz and glam, and don’t get caught up in the bright lights. Based on the highly acclaimed LunarENDOR snowboard boot (the high-end of Nike Snowboard boots see full review here) even without the tweaked LEDs, the LunarENDOR snowboard boot alone is enough to have you asking Santa for a pair. The nuts and bolts of the boot will always be what sets Nike Snowboard Boots apart from the rest. The Quickstrike is designed with the latest contouring to improve performance, responsiveness and comfort. Constructed with the patented Lunarlon and Flywire construction materials, the LunarENDOR QuickStrike is one of the most innovative snowboard boots on the market. What is flywire? Nike Flywire is a patented thread material, composed of Vectran or nylon, and exclusively developed by Nike. Flywire is weaved and used in the upper of the boot – this is unique to the LunarEndor Quickstrike. The benefit of the flywire? Lightweight – err – feather weight material that provides ridiculous support. These are the lightest boots are the market – and can offer full support for backcountry riders. Flywire didn’t even become available to the public until 2008 – before that it was for professional athletes only. The LunarEndor wuickstrike also has interchangeable lunar foam insoles to accommodate a variety of riding styles. Not only riding styles, but when you want heavy socks for those winter days, light weight socks for blue bird days – some times you just need a different fit. With just the right amount of pop for a park rider or stiffness for a backcountry powder hound, these forward-thinking boots were intended to adapt for the all-terrain rider. As consistent with the Nike The LunarENDOR Snowboard boot – the liner and shell is given some extra backbone with the strobel technology for added heat absorption (Think of like a little exoskeleton), round off this striking design. The Nike Snowboarding LunarENDOR QS is set to drop mid-December in limited quantities at select Nike stockists so be sure to keep an eye on the Nike Snowboarding site.
WHERE CAN I BUY LunarENDOR QUICKSTRIKE Snowboard Boots?
So while the Lunarendor Quickstrike is just in time for the Olympic Qualifiers, the question is – will it be available to the public? The LunarENDOR is already the top line snowboard boot carried by Nike (see full review here). Think of the Nike LunarENDOR Quickstrike as an exclusive limited edition. Scheduled to be available for purchase mid-December 2013 in LIMITED quantities. Keep an eye out on our Nike LunarEndor watchlist, and the Nike Snowboarding Site. Nike is an major sponsor for the USA Snowboarding Olympic team, so once we see any of the athletes wearing these already acclaimed boots boots. So if you do see these boots on any of the USA Snowboard Olympic Team, the Nike LunarENDOR Quickstrike is going to be a major collectors item.
Danny Kass Double-Tounge QuickStrike Zoom
So what exactly is a Nike “Quickstrike”? Well, it isn’t referring to the LED lights. It means a special edition – and like a quick strike, these special releases fly off the shelves like a bat out of hell. Previously there was the Danny Kass Double-Tounge QuickStrike snowboard boot (Snowboard boot, Last year it was the Danny Kass Snowboard boot). These quickstrike boots always have special features. The Danny Kass boot was based on the beloved Zoom Force 1 Danny Kass – but with some enhancements and tweaks and custom graphics inspired by yours truly, plus and extra toung with an extra stash pocket. Another Nike Snowboard boot special edition was the Quickstrike snowboard boot – the Nike Zoom Kaiju QuickStrike “Gigi Rüf” (a soccer lover as you can tell). The boots are all inspired and helped designed by their riders – with special graphics and extra bells and whitsles. By limited we mean extra limited. These things fly off the shelves overnight.
