TPS300 Battery Powered Paddleboard Pump Review

I first got tired of pumping up paddleboards by hand and tried a number of different electric paddleboard pumps. The main problem with electric paddleboard pumps is that you have to be close (sometimes very close depending on the cord length) to a vehicle to pump up a paddleboard. There are times when it’s more convenient to carry a paddleboard in its bag down to the water and pump it up there. That is when I discovered the TPS300 battery-powered paddleboard pump.

The Topump has a 7500 mAh rechargeable battery that is can inflate up to 20 PSI. Most paddleboards have a recommended pressure of 14 PSI. The charge is a 60-watt fast charger. It will charge in a couple of hours when completely dead. One nice thing is if you need to just pump one board up and have a dead battery you can charge it for 20 min and get a board pumped up. If you really don’t have time to wait for the battery to charge you can always just use the car cigarette lighter cable or outlet to use the pump as a normal electric pump.

The pump will turn off automatically when the pump hits the set pressure. The deflation will not turn off when it is done so be standing nearby when you are using the pump to deflate. Some other great features of the pump is that there is a cloth strap to keep the hose with the pump.

The pump comes with a 1 year warranty replacement. It feels about the same quality build and pump sound as the other electric battery powered pumps I have used.

Conclusion

Having teh dual motor of the TPS300 pump with the ability to pump up 5 boards off a single charge make this a great option. It is a little more expensive than some of the other pumps out there but worth the cost to be able to pump up boards wherever it is convenient and not needing to be located next to a vehicle or outlet.
